I wrote the church scenes,  Deirdre's and Layne's, though it seems so vivid to me now that I find it kind of hard to imagine that I imagined it.  And Kiril's thoughts about Reno that go with them, I wrote those, too.

I dreamed the Toulin scene from Jake's perspective, yet somehow Randy's too.  In the late 1980's, when I lived in the Grail.

Here's more of the confusing horse-riding dreams.  How much I dreamed and how much I embellished I cannot now say.  I drifted a lot between sleeping and waking in terrible pain.
