I dreamed about crossing the rich man’s
grounds in my teens, with fellow underage rebels. The details I remember vividly, including the
apple trees so ancient that their bark had grown around old ladders. I made up the shed, though, and everything
that happened within it. Except that I
know that something happened in there, that night, with later implications,
which I have dreamed indeed.
I also made up events in Toulin, and
Jake’s experience. I know from other,
later dreams (internal timeline) that the Changewright had murder in his past, involving
a perversion of old rituals, but I knew no clear details. So I filled in the gap. I knew that it would most likely have
happened right at this moment, simultaneous to the point when something
innocuous-seeming in The Charadoc set in motion a complete change of track for
Deirdre. As for Kiril and Lufti, time
will tell.
